Subject: Junior vs Player talent.

Do you guys know if player’s talent changes upon “graduation” from juniors school or remains about the same?

If he was talented in Junior school, he'll be talented after he graduates.

Weeks per pop outside of Junior school depends on several other factors.

I know about the other factors, but as long as he retains his talent level it is very good to know.
