My comparison was b/n HT and SK. I don't think that the interface is any better in HT, and at least here you have the ability to change skins if you want. HT has that wonderful green, and not much else.

If you want to waste 10 minutes, then you should be playing a MUD somewhere. ANY soccer site isn't going to help there - there are only so many games each week. Play Hockeyarena if you want to get quicker action.

All of the above said, when you go through periods when you are doing a lot of buying or selling of players, you'll find there is no problem jumping on and off for 10 minutes (or more.)

Actually, the way Sokker requires well rounded players to actually succeed is imo a major + over hattrick.

midfielders need more then extraterretrial PM to be effective here.

Oh, and yeah, you can seriously kill some time on HA managing your team. It doesn't have a pretty graphical interface, but if you want time to kill buying/selling players, setting up individual training routines that you can change daily, and have matches every night...then HA is a good place to check out.

MUD is the old phrase for a multi user online game like World of Warcraft (used to be text only....)

I think you'll find that once you buy your 10 PM trainees in HT, all you will have to do is wait until you can sell them. The major difference in SK is that you watch the games and develop tactics. This takes a lot of getting used to, but it is an aspect of the game that doesn't exist in HT.

the tactical editor and the game viewer are by far the two reasons I play this sim.

here i use default (at work) since i didn't think porngroove is something i want to be shown most of the day at work :)
