I don't think that would work, either, because, for instance, stamina affects value, keepers would throw it out of whack, etc. Trades aren't going to happen. One of the things you do to discourage cheating is have a transparent market.
player values can be easily under or over inflated.
The only thing I'd change to the existing system is I would love to see the initial listing fee eliminated.
Thats just me being selfish. I'm completely broke, and have been my entire career here. However, in the next season I'll have a couple prospects to sell, and really can't afford to have them hit 'a bad day of the market'.
Or else it just gimps my team's progress further.

I don't like the trade idea, but I would like to use my tansfer funds while the player that I'm selling is still on the TL.
I've lost players by minutes because I did not have these funds available.
Because players are not automatically brought in or sent away, this will not be possible either.

I really need more tactics, 2 more to be exact. We have 5 now and play 7 opponents. With 2 more I'll have a tactic for each league opponent. I have to delete a perfectly good tactic to make another one.

I agree with your thought about removing the initial list price fee and would welcome a slight increase in the fees paid for transfers after the sell is done to compensate for removing the initial fee.
Yeah. I understand that this would promote fishing somewhat...but all I want to 'fish' for is a reasonable price based on estimate.
This probably isn't an issue with the established teams because they always have money after the first set of trainees and youth pulls goes through.

This systems works just fine in HT. Besides, sokker already has measures in place to help prevent the over abundance of Daytrading that used to be rampant, and still is somewhat, in HT.

Sell your players and quit whining like a baby. If you want a specified price, negotiate it with someone beforehand, which should be easy enough if your player is unique enough to command a premium. Otherwise, quit your whining.
I'd rather not make this be a USA wish list.. Thi forum is not read by greg/etc. If you think you have a really good idea, use the bugs/ideas forum, hopefully it isn't one of those that was recommended 30 times or so.
Btw, more tactics slots have indeed been recommended before (i like the idea), as has trading or loaning (i hate the idea for the reasons stated in this and other threads) (not that my opinion matters ;).

Yeah, negotiate a price that the buyer isn't subject to follow through on. There's that problem. If it was as simple as negotiating a price and having it enforced, it'd be no big deal.
Its not whining. Moreover if you aren't going to at least consider the merits of my opinion, then you know where you can go.
Its fiscal concern from a team in the league not two seasons (and by the way, still undefeated in league play, career). I've never had working capital form previous player-trainee or youth school sales - its simply not possible in this game. My first training cycle is just now nearing initial completion.
This game is far from new player friendly. It could really stand to improve in that regard. Thats what my suggestion was about.
So grow up. Don't worry, before too too long I might be in your league. That'll suck for you - just like it did in C31 last season, and B2 this season and next :)

Wasn't sarcasm. My HT team was locked last week, and I don't think I could handle losing my Sokker team.
