Is there a matrix that shows how fast high talented players will pop in the junior squad with an "X" level Youth Coach?

I currently have an EXCELLENT youth coach and I'm wondering how long it should take for HIGH / MED / LOW talented players to pop.

Any help would be great.

i don't know about any Matrix on JS Excellent coach and JS players pop but from my experience a Junior who pop every 6 weeks with an excellent coach should be considered talented on the High side.

but it's been a long time since i had an excellent coach, i probably don't remember correctly!!

^_^ my 2 cents

Thanks for the input...

If anyone else has some information that they could share, that would be nice as well.

I have juniors in school who pop every 4.5 to 6 weeks with a very good YS coach.

Yes, I know, I'm upgrading to outstanding soon. Maybe this week.Working on it.

I have gone from a Very Good, to a Formidable, then to an Outstanding Youth Coach, and really didn't see that much of a noticeable change in the time it took, for what I considered to be Mid to High talented youths, to pop levels. I am sure there is a difference, but I really didn't see it jump out at me visually.

Sorry I couldn't help clear things up for ya with a more definitive answer.

I haven't come across any research information that has been published on the web about it either.

This is actually what Guac told me as well - there's a difference, but it's not obvious.

The best youth with one of the better level youth coaches will train every 4 weeks, consistently.

I get 4 week pops at times with some of my guys now. It means they are really talented...yes. It also means that the difference in youth coach levels is real, but not significant.

Still, I would always recommend getting as good a one as you can afford, just don't make it a top priority.

-I started with a solid coach and my most talented player was popping every 5 weeks.

-I upgraded to an excellent coach with no visible difference.

- Then to a brilliant coach and I had several 4 weeks talent youths.

I now have a magical coach and one player (How can I show a graph?) nicknamed "Lucky" has popped every 3 weeks after the first pop, three times in a row.

The first time ever that I even heard of such talent.

Well, I think with a name like 'Lucky' I can believe you on his pop rate :)

Use Ctrl-Alt-Prnt Screen after making the graph window active.

Then paste it, (Ctrl-V) to MS Paint. Save as a j-peg or Bitmap (much larger file size than j-peg, but better quality graphics) file on your system.

Upload it to a photo-sharing website and post the link here. :)

I had a junior that popped at 3 weeks 6 times in a row... And I have partial proof!

wow, you've got a lot of crap loaded on your desktop :)

It's not crap, it's work :)

That's why you use Ctrl-Alt-Prnt Scn. It only captures the active window on your desktop isntead of just using Prnt Scn and capturing everything on your monitor. :P
