Continuing my Campaign:

- Tactics: I have several tested tactics that I customize every week base on the opponent. I will not be bound to 1 formation or one tactic. 3:5:2, 4:4:2, 3:4:3 or 4:3:3 will be used based on the opposing team. I will make it very difficult for a team to prepare against our NT.

-Communication: Player choice, tactic chosen, player positioning are all very sensible information and I will not be discussing these issues on the board. I won't be able to tell you why I chose this formation rather than that one but there will be a reason. I don't mind sharing tactics insight but I can't let the opposing teams know what i'm thinking.
I can only discuss about issues like performance and expectations.

-Player management: I will not use scouts. All player info and udates wil be sent to me through SK-Mail and I will create a spreadsheet and update it.

I'll add more later. Hope this raises some questions from you.

If you win the election will you add Diego Lowery to the national team? :P

59 rating in his last match against KY cats, but still getting no love from the national team....probably because he is over rated.

If I win the election sk-mail me his skills.

This brings up another issue, knowing the skills of Lowery could give my team an advantage against you. If he has a weakness I'll know exactly how to shut him down.

I do not think you knowing lowery's skills would give you too much of an advantage. I'll message you with his skills if you win. His weaknesses as you put it will likely keep him from being on the national team.

I see you rate technique higher for a defender than a midfielder. Why is that since mids do more dribbling and will receive more passes than defenders?

Will you try to make the US team more puclic, to US based managers?

As in asking others?

And how will you motivate the US managers to train their players so that we can get a better team?

I don't rate tech higher for a def than a mid, look again :)

All of these skills are important at #1(mids need to be well rounded). for a def, tech is at #3.

- Like the rest of you I got very motivated when Fro reached the 1/4 finals. I'm telling you know that if elected I won't be happy if we don't make it to the semi-finals. Good results on the field will give USA managers something to fight for.
