Well my name is Rafael Tapia.

I am 16 years old

I play in A-League 04

I have played sokker for 4 full seasons


Ok, I will be running this season as NT coach because I know that I can accomplish great things. I am a very good tactician, you can see that i'm an excellent tactician by looking at the past ratings of my league, I had a rating of 35 most of the season but I still managed to get points of all the teams in the league.
I am also a mentor, my mentee right now is malons17, I talked to him for almost 3 hours on just helping him get started in sokker.
As you can tell I like to help people get started in this game.
I also spammed soccerproject just to get more users in USA

I know that being NT coach is hard, but I will do the most I can to let the youngsters get trained correctly.

I will also be active on the forums, as you can see I always watch the NT games live, so as you can see I'm very interested in the NT.

I have 2 preferred tactics, one of them is 4 defenders in the back with 2 defensive mids and 2 offensive wingers with 2 forwards.
The other tactic is playing something similar as the NT u-21 has been playing which is 4 in the back and 1 defensive mid with 1 mid up front supported by two wingers and then 2 forwards up front.

Even Seca the NT coach of Canada has said that i have very good tactics, and this is all thanks to Fro!

This season I also started with a 1-5-1 record in the first half of the season, but then I turned it around and finished with a 4-1-2 record just losing once in the second half of the season compared to losing 5 in the first half of the season

And I'am also open to any suggestions any coaches out there have

I know to be the NT coach you need great responsibility. I also think that Fro has done an excellent job with the NT U-21

Unfortunately we do not have a U20 national team yet. Tell us how you plan to discipline players that are going to be older than you?

How will you improve on fro's performance this past season, do you see any areas of improvement?

I personally do not think Charles Stokes will take orders from you. He is very much an elitist. Tactical Discipline will reach all time lows on the national team :P

vodoncha, do you have pet goats to provide to stokes?

Actually I do see areas of improvement....

One of them being Fro only used one tactic throughout the u21.....so the other NT coaches can easily counter our tactic but we've been winning because we have better players

Other than that was that he didnt keep in touch with the community too much.....I will be more active on the forums if elected NT

I will also play with different tactics and try out youngsters so that the manager of the players gets encouraged to train them

Well if Charles Stokes doesnt listen to me I will tell him that if he doesnt take my orders then he will be booted from the NT and Mcleish will take his spot :P

Actually I do....i will give them to him when he's training training session :P

There are 2-season players with better assistants than that!
