Subject: [NT] vondocha
Serious question for you vovo....
You said in a thread in Transfers II:
my assistants are solid very good and excellent btw
How the heck do you want want us to vote for you if you don't understand that good coaches are important in this game?
There are 2-season players with better assistants than that!

actually i updated to new ones just 30 mins ago :P
a bit late
I didnt get the assistants because i thought that i wouldnt be good enoug here in the A-league so I would go back down to B-league with good, better assistants but I was wrong.
so now i just kept the very good (didnt keep the excellent because I noticed he had a very high wage :P)and got a formidable and an outstanding :P and I didnt get them earlier cuz i would go bankrupt in the B league with those kind of coaches so i decided not to upgrade till the season finished......

NT coach position doesnt really call for staff/money skills anyways
*rolls eyes*
True, the NT manager doesn't need to be the GM of their team, just the skill evaluator and tactician.
My question was just out of my extreme surprise that anyone with vovo's experience would make such a limiting decision as to not have a good training program.

im going wit vondocha for US NT coach i originally had thot i was going to vote for Lakay. But, ever sense vondocha started mentoring me i changed my mind. Vondocha has shown to me that he is great wit tactics, he knows his players, and also is a great mentor :-)
wow that was fast :)
At first I wasnt going to run but then I decided, what the heck might as well give it a shot.
Well what made me run for NT was that I love sokker! :D
I also chose to run because I want to have a bigger a challenge, and I think that being NT will help me improve in tactics and I also chose to be NT because I like to work with different managers and help them out on how to train their players properly.
I also chose to run because I know that I can achieve something great with the NT.
And being NT coach will also give me excellent experience for the rest of my sokker career.
any other questions?

Perhaps that's a weakness right there. Sleep is, of course, only for the weak :)
