Sorry if I missed this in an earlier note, but can a transfer impact the form of a player?
I bought an IM 3 weeks ago in excellent form, he has dropped all the way down to unsatisfactoy (in a very pretty decline line).
If that is the case do they ever recover? or do they just mope around and suck for the rest of time with squad?

no, i'd be pretty confident that the form algorithm doesn't notice transfers. Just assume it's random and sooner or later they generally do rebound.
