As all of us know there has been a rapid increase of foreing players in our divisions. There is nothing wrong with that as long as we devote part of our effort as managers to the development of new talent. we need to keep working hard to develop new players. I hope everyone takes notice and dedicate a bit of time and money into the junior players. I am currently training 6 of 7 posible players and their marks are:

3 good
2 solid
1 exellent

I just started, so I have nothing yet.

But I do have every intention of trying to train US juniors (if I ever attract 1 worth keeping that is)

Now that I've moved up to B, I'll be making significant efforts to pull some quality juniors. I have a formidible juniors coach now, but I'm going to upgrade to outstanding or incredible in the next couple weeks.

at this point a youth pull would need to come out at least outstanding with good talent to make the team. possibly a lucky 17yo formid with exceptional talent

Here's my juniors coach. he's pretty hard to afford but he gets the job done.

Cory Casey, age: 63,
wage: 30 350 $
club: u.s. dominators, country: USA
brilliant coach

Training effectiveness:
brilliant of stamina, formidable of keeper
unearthly of pace, unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique, very good of playmaker
brilliant of passing, brilliant of striker

to callsignsteveo: trust me, it's a good idea to upgrade. you can really tell the diffrence between a formidable coach and a brilliant coach...but incredible is more than good.

by the way, i'm the u.s. dominators. it's my second year playing.i'm probably moving to the b.leagues next.
