hi, can anybody explain to me why i get only 2 more juniors on saturday, when i have 6 open spots?
-thanks

I think its random. My first week I got 1, second week 2, and this week all 6.

Yep. Random. As is the starting point of every junior as well.

juniors are a waste most weeks anyway

you don't have a 3.5 week talent coming in 5 weeks. :P

give me some tips...if you lets say got an average junior, would you reject him/ if he has to go through 30 weeks of training. how about an adequate for 30 weeks?

Adequates and averages that far out aren't bad to hold on to. If they have some talent, they are certainly worth keeping. An adequate 30 with 5 week talent could come out outstanding.

Keep them if they will come out excellent.

If a junior doesn't pop in 6 weeks I can him.

edit: i'll give a youth a 7th week if he is due to come out soon.

thats a decent guideline I think. Thats basically what I use...I'll allow VG if it doesn't involve a 20+ week investment.
