Subject: Time to sell

So does everybody agree that now is the time to sell? Or should we hold off until after the first league match? I'm thinking now is the time.

sell for what ? money problems ? at your level ? :)

mostly because everyone has gotten their end of season bonuses and is willing to spend more money there for u can by a even better player if the money you recieve

end of season bonuses, imo, are barely relevant in the market.

Bonuses are very relevant to the market. This has been the historical "time to sell".

Interesting, bonuses barely make a dent in the economies of teams like yours and Billy's.

At least that's what I would have thought.

Many users hold on to their players and sell them between weeks 1 thru 3. A lot more quality players are available during this period and they buyer don't mind using up that extra 500K (I got 272 K (Sponsor) and 225K (supporter))they just got in bonus and supporter fee.

For a lot of users this is the only time when they can bring in a player for 300K, or buy a few decent trainees.

I do not have money problems at all. But over the past few weeks I bought 2 new starters and never sold the guys they will be replacing. I wanted to wait until a time when more people would be willing to spend some cash. So I have two ML caliber defenders to sell. And then I will likely be selling a midder and using all of the proceeds to buy one super midder.

I'm going to wait for this week's training, and then sell.

I listed both of my guys around lunch time today. Hopefully they fetch a decent amount.

I just bought a guy about $500k less than I thought I'd spend.... Might want to wait a few days.

My mentee just sold a player for 500K less than I thought he would go for.

Something is changing.

If it's inflation like in HT, we'll need to be very carefull about who we sell.
