Subject: Cup Matches

it's all a matter of priorities. I go by the training rule. If a player needs training, he'll play in the Cup opponent regardless.

I don't have a choice with my striking really. I have 4 pretty equal strikers. Defensively I've been training defense this first half of the season, and squeezing a pop out of my defenders by putting them in the back mid. Great defensively, but they are pretty lousy on the ball :)

well, well that explains a lot then. yeah, he couldn't hit the net to save his life, but he got a lot of opportunities heh.

I play "hapless" conjugal FC (who seems to have given up btw) 3 of the next 5 currently scheduled games.

Of course, i'll have 1 or 2 cup games tossed in there too, but my next few games have some easy ones in it.

but cup games earn more money then you can save in friendlies - that's a benefit, sure - would be great if a cup prize offers about 1 million - it shows the importance of the cup tournament - only the one winner with big prize - that's fair, anyway I always think that the cup game is a battle about a prestige and some players disregard it - that's OK for me but in the world sokker the cup game is worthy and - - only 1 team is winner - that's beautiful...like Grenadier or Cats or Tragdor - they made a history of US sokker...

ps.. perheps I am sentimental

not too amazing, he's left a rather good team by B league standards.

Actually, he beat another ML team. Bwhahaha.

The now banned Panther has now defeated TWO ML teams in the Cup.

Friggin awesome. nice work guys!

i was hoping that a team from my league(A.03) would win the cup..but i can see that it wont be possible since we have to eliminate our selves
2007-04-05 23:18:30
Obviously you don't have the staff to win it, or you wouldn't be complaining about only being able to win the cup by sacrificing training.

No money is meaningless. And if your team is that dependant on one player that an injury would mean demotion, then your team isn't constructed well.

lol, his team would beat yours 10 times out of 10.

Hell, MY team would beat yours 5 or 6 times out of 10, and this is just my third season in game.

You can't manage yourself out of a paper bag. Funny you of all people would claim someone else couldn't manage a team.

Manage your own shop successfully for once, before you try telling others how to manage theirs.
