I have seen 4 users (there are probably more) from "New York" with their language as Polski, and with Polish IPs. Are they allowed to do that?

Sk-mail to me or an admin what their team IDs are please.

hey, i'm from new york...but i actually live in new york and have it set in english. i didn't even know that people do that!
