is it possible for both midfielders and strikers to get the maximum trainning in a week, if i train STRIKER/ATT and i use my strikers normally in the official game and as midfielders in a friendly ? and my midfielders normal in offical games and in friendly i use them as strikers ? , do both get the same ammount of trainning? maximum ?

I believe your strikers will not get maximum training that way, because the last position played before training is what matters. If they play as mids in the friendly, they will take training as mids.

The best course of action (in my opinion) is to play your strikers as strikers on sunday and have them sit on wednesday while your mids take the striker spots.

If you are training striking, you need to just use the ATT order and train your strikers. But if you are training technique you can train your 6 strikers plus 4 midders or defenders. That is what I do right now and it works out good. I train technique MID and have 1 of my strikers play as a MID in the league game. And then my other 5 strikers play as MID in the friendly match.

then if i will have at orders 4-5 players with ATT ? or what do you mean by the ATT order :D

You said that you train STRIKER/ATT. I was trying to say that if you are training striker skill, you will only be able to train 6 players in order to get maximum training. But if you are training your strikers in technique you could play them as MID in order to train your midders and strikers.

In other words, training striker you will not be able to train midders and strikers. If you are training technique then you can train both at the same time.

The order is what you give the player on the match orders screen: ATT, MID, DEF.

The position on the field is NOT how they play, the order determines how they play. IE you can put someone in position 11 (the most offensive for most tactics), give him a DEF order, and he'll play and train as a defender. Ie when someone from the opposition comes close he'll have a tendency to boot it away and genreally won't run with the ball...

Another point, ONLY give 3 (THREE, not 4, not 5) starting players an ATT order in a single game. If you play 4 or 5 att's, you will receive NO training (except stamina). Similarly max of 5 mids and 5 defenders.

So if you play 2 matches, you can train 3 (league) + 3 (cup/friendly) players as ATT.

The point someone (billy?) was making is, if you are training technique, you can train tech for midfielders, and put your starting strikers in the friendly with MID order... That way you can train 5+5 (3-5-2 orders) = 10 players.

When training striking, always use 3-4-3 or 2-5-3 (ony if VERY confident in your owning the ball).

Don't you have a mentor spykid?
