I have not recruited a new coach since I started in B league two seasons ago, and frankly when I did it, no clue what was good, and what was a good wage. How does this guy compare with his wage? Also, do wages change each season?
Len Pattison, age: 35,
wage: 21 925 $
club: Manchester City USA, country: USA
incredible coach
Training effectiveness:
brilliant of stamina, formidable of keeper
formidable of pace, magical of defender
brilliant of technique, brilliant of playmaker
solid of passing, unearthly of striker

that's definitely on the low end for incredible coach wages that I've seen on the market. Saw one go for about 250k or so.
and my coach wages have never changed, so I assume they always remain the same.

from: I figure I will use him for my juniors, as I have another coach with better pace skills which I am training now, and one with similar defender skills when I switch back to that.
hes a great junior coach, that wage is very nice for an incred coach.
Thanks from... do wages on coaches change each year? (It is funny the coach I fired when I got him was twice his age)
This guy seems on the high end, but meh

Coach wages and skills do not change with season updates.
Unless greg changes the formula to calculate wage based on skills, the wage will remain constant independant of how long you've had him or how old he is, etc.

Guac, so basically I have a good and relatively inexpensive coach for the next 30 years, huh?

If you want to assume that greg won't change the salary forum for 30 years, then do so :)
Anyway, he's a great coach for a nice price.

Does this guy seem to have a reasonable wage? My plan is to train tech now.
Earnie Dunn, age: 52,
wage: 17 575 $
club: Manchester City USA, country: USA
formidable coach
Training effectiveness:
magical of stamina, good of keeper
good of pace, brilliant of defender
unearthly of technique, very good of playmaker
magical of passing, unsatisfactory of striker

For training tech, would I only need to find a guy with that skill? When I got him, I only put in for magical of tech, nothing else. Thanks.
Find a guy that you can use to train two things (e.g. tech and pace). Search the transfer market for that, and ignore anyone who has high stats anywhere else. You can't afford a well rounded guy yet.
