i agree fro. Stokes just isn't good enough to run through defenders and hope to score. Our 2 goals were pure luck, and only because they lost a player.

I agree with you,

the two biggest let down were Lowery and Burciaga. I expected a lot from them and got zip.

Will do better next time.

yes i agree big time with that i would liked to seen pickens play up top wit stokes and someone else in lowerys spot.


i was also expecting Bogan in goal didnt even think of seeing Swinehart:-D

Swinehart kept us in the game, he played well.

yea he did, i didnt disagree with that selection i just didnt see it coming

Learned a lot from this first game, I had a feeling what our weaknesses could be and adjusted in the 2nd half.

Also I did not get the expected benefits from some of the players that I picked.

In other words the next game will be different.

It was a close game from the point of view of a scoreline. You'll still qualify I am sure.

Not a good showing, the midfield did alot of running around without the ball.

Scotland had a lot of space, it is true.

Bogan was 3 levels better in form, $600,000 better in relative value and got 7 rating points higher in his last game. Swinehart may have 'kept us in the game' - but perhaps Bogan could have won it for us instead.
