Bogan earned his starting job back, I checked his skills recently. He'll start soon enough. I punished him enough for the bad pass against Scotland.
We could make the next round with a win next week! The cheers seem to have worked, I'll need more for the next game.

i know in real soccer a team only has 3 subs but im pretty sure with 5 on the bench in a sokker game and over 5 conditional order options /game we were still fine - although ive never personally had that many subs in a single game. did your opponent only have 3 on the bench? what game of yours did this happen
Once you make three subs, you cannot make a fourth due to injury. The only reason I think you have 5 bench spots is that so you can differentiate between who you'd want to sub in based on the position of the injury.
In most cases, you need to make a ton of conditional orders, because Greg has yet to make the conditional orders ACTUALLY work properly.

In this match fast forward to around the 87th minute....it's somewhere in there he loses his goalie to serious injury.
None comes into sub, even though he had one in his lineup. Why? 3 substitutions were made on conditional orders previously.

hah thats crazy. i wonder if the game takes into account how offsides really works, i didnt see the situation come about in that game
Yeah, because I got absolutely OWNED in the overtime. My team as you can see was inferior to Pig Barns (we played starters on starters) and my team was horribly slow.
They must've gotten half of their shots in the OT period, and it took me 40 minutes to score a goal on an open net. was pretty pathetic, really ;)
in dagwood's case, it wasn't entirely his fault because he DID have an injury sub early on. He only had two planned subs, and they executed as expected.
If it weren't for having two injuries, both unable to play through it in the same game...
I always play with two substitutions each game now, so I too take the slight risk that I could have a) a player injury and then b) a goalie injury, after I make both striker substitutions. I'm also working my way towards only one striker substitution...I need another week of stamina training to really be able to pull that off though.
The odds are remote, but as you can see, it can happen...and with the talent level of players at the NT level, it's really a risk I personally would never take.

Are we SURE that the rule is accurate? I don't see it in the "Rules" section.

for what i've been told (bugs forum), offsides are very accurate in this game. If i remember well the only problem was when at the moment of the pass there's one player offside, but he's not receiving the pass, then after the player who received the pass shoot and somehow the ball"ricochet"(goal keeper or post) to the offside one whos'going to score. In this case i think in real life soccer it will considered OFFSIDE. but in sokker will not!

Danmark was a very good team, we only won by a PK. It will be another difficult match on Saturday.
Our group could be all decided this weekend.
