u guys are ridiculous with stretching for nicknames.. theyre purpose should be to not only be clever but also to truncate it, especially in this medium where we have to type the name

i have a striker named Gloubys, i call him Globby. i have a b-team striker named Olgierd (first name), i call him Oggy.

So due to a red card yeah, this weekend i'll play Oggy and Globby as my strikers.

I am posting this from beyond the grave.

Unfortunately, the lack of creativity in the nicknames used in your post caused a blood clot to form in my leg, and it went straight to my brain.

A memorial service for me will be held on Sunday.

1) Jarhead was the first odd nickname.
2) It is both a shortening of the name, AS WELL AS a nod towards a good war movie (which in and of itself is a clever way to give a make-believe computer concoction of traits a personality.)
