I only got 21 this week.

I got 23 this week. Fans must like running up the score, because that was a CPU opponent.

I seldom get 23 fans over normal wins, usually 17-20.

I got 14 today, despite my 3-0 loss.

that happens because the overall spirit of your club is high. Plus the competition level is better for you this season - meaning teams with a bigger fan base then you.

Until you lose 4-5 in a row you'd keep getting fans. Not that you have any worries about losing that many in a row. Just sayin'
