Subject: Talent

Does anyone else kind of get the feeling that talent might be reflected in a player's value? In examining some of my players of known talent with similar skills, the talented players seem to have higher values (sometimes quite significantly).

I have not noticed anything like that. I'm thinking that talent does not affect value. But I could be wrong.

Talent does not affect value.

To find out talent:

1) Find out youth squad value

2) Track players by hand

3) Use an excel Spreadsheet.

4) Use a tool.

Choose any of those, #1 and #4 are easiest by far.

Yes, I'm aware of the ways of finding out talent. It's just in my experience, there appeared to be a difference in value, as well. If talent doesn't affect it, okay.
