How is that related? Bouncing an idea off of people is not asking them what to do. And you ask me just as often.... :) I am sure that even the best managers/coaches ask their assistants for feedback sometimes. They then make decisions on their own.

Hey, my babes remembered how to score tonight (albeit against a borderline B-league team). Mebbe my dressing them in all black with the throwback "wallace tribute" jerseys woke up the slut in them.

Edit: FEH, just noticed my opponent's goalie gets a 10 rating, sheesh.
