Subject: updatig website

do you guys know when sokker is updated? For example, when your changes to your league table have been made or when you see your new juniors. I need to know by game clock, not u.s. time. I think it's six but i'm not sure...

if you click the USA link on the left, then events on the top bar near national team then you can see if/when the events take place. they usually happen between 6-8 SK time
