ive already got 5 people very into it.. if everyone just tells one person wed double

are you guys contacting each of these new teams immediately after joining about getting a mentor vs waiting for them to come to you? if theyve got help/a friend right away itl cut probability of new people quitting in half, and im assuming most of people who quit are people who just signed up
