thats what im thinking, i think one of the "gains" from introducing TD was to stop people from trading too much, but i dont see any advantages.. maybe its me.. :)

It is slight but definitely there. Although in all truth, the higher skilled the player, the more they are able to do to make up for a TD deficiency - ie their pace allows them to move into position quick enough that you wouldn't notice that TD had put them out of place.

I noticed an appreciable difference with low TD at least in my tactic sets.

It's why I hated its introduction so much.

Now that virtually everyone is formidable or so, things are basically back to normal.
