Also a little tough luck losing Joe Bosh to injury.

Lakay has to replace two starting positions.

don´t think norge played with full strength last week;-) ordenskiold seems to be a joker like esti´s last nt-coach.

tordenskiold a joker? Why? Imo he has done a great job. And last Saturday we used U21 players.

Joe Bosh is one of our best defenders. We have more depth in defense than in attack.

I'm not two woriied about the injury or the suspension when it comes to next week's game. I'll do the best I can with what I have.

th gk he substituted?!
cannot be second choice;-)
2007-06-09 22:55:07
I think it was just a mistake or a small joke.
2007-06-09 22:59:48
i did not want to criticize him. he is doing a great job.
i just wanted to give a hint, that this tactic will never work;-)

It works, just depends on your opponent.

one fast striker is enough to get plenty of good chances.
maybe it would work if you don´t let the defs go that far. maybe middle line.
hungary has nice def that is working;-)

From what Jurkasz said a couple of weeks ago, I guess that means Hungary has more respect for the American strikers then the Scotish ones.

I wouldn't say that USA has better forwards, but different. The Scottish strikers has very high scoring and quite low secondaries compared to the American ones. This offside tactic works better against these strikers.
