Okay, I'm training technique today, but I want to know how much does the residual training effect the players each training?
I have 2 options.
Option A
Stay with current coach who has INCREDIBLE TECHNIQUE (unearthly striker, pace and brilliant defender)
Option B
UNEARTHLY TECHNIQUE (very good striker, pace, defending)
Are the residual training with OPTION A large enough to keep him as the head coach for training or is the gain in TECHNIQUE highly out-weigh the residual downgrade from the 'very good' skills?
Note: I don't train TECHNIQUE all the time, a few weeks throughout the season.

The residual effect is not that much different, if you are focusing on pace, I would use the unearthly coach.
if it was magical, or POSSIBLY even bril, i'd say go with the guy slightly lower with better secondaries...
But not as far as incredible. Go with the unearthly stat in training
p.s. know it's too late but for future reference.

I switched over to the UNEARTHLY Technique guy before the USA training event occurred.
