Subject: tactic help

i changed my tactics in the tactic editor, but when i go to match orders the formation is the old one, not the new one i just saved.

You need to go into the match orders, click on the "squad" tab in the upper right, then on the tactic screen there will be a drop down where you can select the formation, then hit save.

you must also select it as your tactic in your match order page, go to squad and use the drop down to set your tactic.

that is just my problem...i have my tactics saved as rocko. i made changes to them. i selected it in my match order page, but the old formation comes up, not my new one.

Are you sure that you are selected match orders for the correct match?

Did you drag the mouse over every single box?

lol yes...i even created a new one and that didnt work either

that makes no sense then.

You should be able to choose match orders. click squad.
Select tactic from drop down.
Hit save.

and it should work.

UNLESS...

you havent chosen a previous lineup to use. See, for a new match it'l first ask you if you want to use default orders, or choose orders from a previous match.

I suppose that could trip you up somehow.

changing my tactics to one of the pre-existing ones like 5-4-1 or 3-5-2 etc. works, but not my personally saved tactics.

really. maybe guac can help. I'm at a loss then. No idea whats happening.

i must be completely missing something...in the page where i can create tactics my tactic named test looks completely different than how that same tactic appears in my match orders.

im still having this problem...
