Subject: Junior Returns....

If I can only manage to get my youth pull to come out as Excellent/Formidable every couple monthes because I'm poor and can't afford a better coach... is it worth my money to keep my youth school open and running?

Is it feasible for me to upgrade my coach, and turn out some players for profit at the C level?...(without going broke waiting for a good junior talent draw)

Is training Juniors all or nothing?....

What is your junior coach?

he is excellent... and right now i'm only getting pops every 7-8 weeks with my guys and i dunno how much of that is coach level and how much is talent of the youth... i've got to throw away alot of youth draws because i've got to project 7-8 week pulls for them... am i even on the right track here...?

When I upgraded from a formidable youth coach to my Magical youth coach, Rufus went from a 5 week talent to a 4 week talent.

With an excellent Youth you should probably keep anyone with 7 weeks or less talent. Anyone with 5 weeks or less would have good talent.

Both and age. Yes its a crap shoot.

i'm just frustrated... i'm to the point where i'd like to reassign my junior coach and get rid of my training school...save me some money i could dump into other areas...
