Aside from the specific skills of players and a breakdown of NT tactics from the NT coach what would like to know about managing the NT?
The question was for everyone:
what would like to know about managing the NT?
Form for strikers:
Strikers are affected by form change the most out of all the other positions. I had my hopes on Pickens and Stokes but I had to rely on Mcleish and Russel. If Pickens and Stokes were in good shape we would have done better for sure.
The right kind of players: Tactics and player relationship is a lot more emphasized.
Your opponents: Never underestimate your opponents.

Good question,
I'm not sure about the next coach approach but it seems to me that the Future NT will be composed of some of those well distributed talented youths from that "Potential Future Star" program. It also looks like like our U-21 will create awesome players, (better then the ones we have now.
To have NT player spend between 1 to 3.5 millions on those youths or keep your million dollar youth when he comes from your own youth squad.
