Subject: who needs supporters...

so, i win my league and have supporters who are "madly in love" for the last 5 weeks... i challenge for a position in B and lose to a superior squad... and all the sudden they are depressed and i actually lose 1 supporter...

fair weather fans... its like we're the fricken la lakers of SK....

i got 17 and finished second in b-league

I hear ya, mine did exactly the same thing!

I promoted also. I started in Week 12 of last season. Went undefeated this season. I gained 19 fans my last week and I am heading into B league with 585. I also received $41 265 in sponsor money my last week, so I am curious to see what I will be getting in B League.

yep same thing, i lost the qualifing match 1-0 , and they all went depressed, and left 5 :|

I won by default and got 23

i don't think i'm surprised...but i lost and gained 5. from what i read it sounds normal for C.

There's a thread about it in the bugs/ideas forum. Alot of people are mad about it. Some people even shoot for 2nd place because they don't want to lose supporters by winning and not advancing.

yeah but you get those supporters back in the long run, It happened to me last year, but after a few games they were madly in love again and 14 more a week.

qualification games effect fans more than league games. I guess they get thier hopes up for promotion and then when they are let down... :(

i'm just saying... i was overmatched after a late season run to get to the league title and promotion match and NOW they get depressed... its like a fan getting mad at cleveland for "just" getting to the finals and losing to a better spurs teams.... frustrating... i don't even care about losing supporters, but going all the way down to depressed... c'mon...

if you lose due to walkover they get hostile :)

haha. ravens took that route this past season.
