Subject: Mr-Llama (NT)

2007-06-29 07:22:40
Now I'll give it to Lakay that he did save his butt at the end

but is that really what we want to be?

a team that scrapes up what we can to barely make it?

I study up strategies and I spend hours everyday on the computer checking out other teams and what's worked and what hasn't

sure my experience in THIS game isn't that long

but it sure as hell is in numerous other soccer management and online games

we need tactical changes

we have the players

just not the right management

so if u want to "just squeeze by" then vote lakay

but if u want to actually get somewhere and ensure a decent performance from the USA, you'll vote me, Mr-Llama

that's all I have to say :)

Cheers!

dude, you couldn't even win your C league.

Obviously, you have a little bit more research to do before you even half know what you are talking about.

Give him a break, he made the most out of his 6 weeks in Sokker.
2007-06-29 13:32:50
FYI - his extensive online gaming experience includes 7 seasons of Hattrick, where he started in div. V. So far he made all the way to ... div. V. Ooops!
2007-06-29 13:54:16
Hey now, whats wrong with Div V teams?????
2007-06-29 13:59:45
Nothing ... as long as you don't claim to be fit for NT coach because of your online gaming experience and the hours of time spent everyday to improve your game.
2007-06-29 14:09:32
he had two losses and a tie in his first six matches. Not exactly a sterling endorsement of competency.
2007-06-29 16:55:54
wow
2007-06-29 17:58:21
Hey with stones like that, he's got my... ahh who am I kidding. C-league coach? Where is that lopezho guy? He looks good compared to the sheep, err.. Llama here ;)
2007-06-29 23:24:43
Well I'm sorry that the first few weeks are a bit difficult

i tried to make the best of my first 6 games sheesh

and my hattrick was a bit different

i came in with a crap team at 5

so i dropped to 6 with no chance

then i fought back up to 5 and started training defending

sadly the economy dropped insanely and a defender that sold for 2mill only sold for 800K

i kinda leveled out but now once i get my strikers out of noob-training, i'll have a much better attack and start winning again.

my team isn't the best, but i've got a lot of strategy worked out and with the right players i'll be able to put my tactics into action

We are suppose to welcome the n00bs!

I don't think anyone's saying you did a bad job specifically. Just to think that you are qualified to run the NT with that level of experience is silly. Even if you won every game, you certainly can't out-manage experienced NT coaches and know what is important with NT-calibur players...

You've not played a single game with good players or good opponents, and you expect to outwit the best?
2007-06-30 00:01:33
yep, i do.

just because i don't have the players or opponents doesn't mean I don't know what I'm doing.

I know tactics and scouting opponents and experience factors and all the math that goes into it

give me a chance and u won't be disappointed

i dont think we r going to MAYBE when your in b-league or so
2007-06-30 00:08:21
I think what really hurt your campaign was trying to knock Lakay's tenure. He's respected in this game to USA users, let alone a member of the Major League.

Next elections, we should have two main candidates running. And close all the other threds or not respond to them, like this one and the polish bobo one.
