I realize that he only had 1 shot, still found it funny that he got rated that high.

I upgraded my defense, and was surprised to see only an adequate rating. Then I looked at the match report, and none of my defenders were actually involved in any defensive plays.
My first sokker match. My players weren't as dumb as I expected, but my strikers (who seemed to be my best players by ratings) couldn't hit the back of the net if they were literally standing inside it.

if you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a "..." That means there's more cup matches, but they are too low seeded to be displayed on the page. I think only 128 matches are displayed.
so I drew the ML Champs in the 2nd round do i play my starters or pack it in and train my youngins?
If you can beat your league opponent with your trainees, play your starters in the cup.

most of the ML teams ignore the cup for obvious reasons. Towards the 3rd and 4th round, you have to make a choice between skipping out on your training plan, or playing scrubs in the cup or league.
