I banned him actually, he didn't go bot yet since his last login wasn't +50d
It's pretty standard when someone gives up and starts throwing away money that the admins ban him/her so they don't mess with others in a drunken stupor or whatever :)

Will you ban Pal (Green Mtn. Blizzard)? He sold all his players a couple of weeks ago.
it was just a couple of days ago, actually...and I would suggest against banning him.
I'm not sure I like this concept of banning owners for no reason. Now, if they make a dubious bid, thats fine....
but banning them when hypothetically they could change their mind and come back?
Thats lame.

When they've already done activity that clearly shows they are throwing away money, this is what's done.
We don't just arbitrarily ban owners for no reason.

oh, we all knew about his arena weeks ago.
Still, that doesn't harm anyone, does it?
Sokker admins have the ability to reverse bad transactions (the drunken stupor rationale given) and ban at that point.
Although I agree that after 6 weeks its safe to say he's not coming back, in principal the idea of banning a team for effectively doing nothing wrong is heavy handed, that's all.

You've never had your team get hurt by someone who's giving up throwing money around.
Anyway, stop questioning my decision publically bitch, or i'll spank you! (*GRIN*)

LOL, just doing my civic duty.
As long as you can reverse bogus transactions... ;)

Can't reverse. Can only TPA if the transaction went thru. And if we remove from tlist, the money the seller spent on listing the player is not able to be refunded.
TPA?
As far as not refunding the money the player used to list the guy, I wouldnt see that as an issue because if collusion between a soon to be dead team with money and his friend took place, the 'friend' wouldn't NEED to set a high opening bid.
