Post only USA youths to come out this season @ Incredible or Higher with 3 to 5 weeks talent. Players with 3.0 weeks talent (4 consecutive pops @ 3 weeks) should also be listed here regardless of level reached.

1) Will come out of the youth school this season.

2) Talent of 3 to 5 weeks

3) Will come out Incredible or higher or has 3.0 weeks talent.

- At the end of the season we'll end up with a handfull of players which will qualify for the focused training program. We will repeat this process next season.

Last season 6 out of 24 (25%) prospects made it to the U-21 National team, others are being observed

Week 11: Frank Wizard - Incredible/Brilliant, 3.5-week talent.

Based on the other pops, he should pop next week, once more, and then again on his pull date, so hopefully he'll be brilliant. In which case he'd have 3.33 talent :)

I don't know what week it is now. Week 1? I have a guy coming out in 4 weeks.
