BTW: Incredible is just a cut-off. If a talented 17 yo comes out below incredible with well distributed skills, he'll be worth more than some of the 20 yo that made the list.

I have the exact same scenario with a player, but he came into my squad 3 levels lower than your guy it seems. Took 4 weeks to pop the first time after arriving, but 3 for the 2nd one and same weeks left.

im training tech for this season then a season of pace....but i have some better trainees.

so i dont know wether to keep him.
