Hi!
Several users from several Latin American countries are considering the organization of a SK Copa América (similar to the one that it is being currently played in Venezuela). Traditionally, the Copa América was a tournament organized by the Southamerican Football Confederation (CSF) for South American countries. However, since 1995, the CSF has initiated a tradition of inviting nations from other regions to participate. Currently, México and the USA are participating.
The SK Copa América would be played after the SK WC, and it would be for all countries in the Americas that have NTs in Sokker (maximum of 18 countries, including Center America, North America, and Caribbean countries).
We know that this will be in conflict with the unofficial U21 WC. However, many users in Latin American countries have no interest in playing an unofficial U21 WC using the NT's schedule (we strongly favor the creation of an independent, official U21 NT, with its tournaments and its calendar, rather than being "improvising" a U21 out of a NT).
NT coaches' elections finish next Monday. After that, we will issue the official invitations to all countries. All those who are interested will have 48 hs. to respond. Then, the tournament fixture will be set up, depending on the number of countries participating.
I am opening this thread to allow you to have a discussion about whether you are interested or not (so there would be no short notice next Monday).

Winner of USA NT (Lakay) should do this. I think its better than the U21, just my opinion. Plus, USA would win it ^_^
i would rather play NT U21 since i have 3 players in that squad ;)
