...train keepers??
i'm guessing gk, pace, and passing...
but with only one real match a week to train is it worth it??

well, consider training the 3 main goalkeeper skills over training a midfielder.

playmaking, technique, passing, pace, defense

which one seems easier?

I've been training Andrew Bogan for our country since he was 16, though little to show for it recently, I keep my training program based around his needs and if it helps some of the other players than thats just an added bonus.

If you're looking for a perfect financial strategy, obviously its not it but its just another way of approaching the game I guess.

You could always just pick up already-trained keeper and just train pace/passing in your team to make them well rounded as well as the rest of your squad.
