I've got a couple questions. Should a youth squad be this spread out? And, is it normal to have so many enter with that many weeks to promotion?

That doesn't look so bad, assuming you've been weeding out poor prospects. I think the YS is designed to fill rather evenly, but skill at entry and talent will vary; who we keep and who we reject will influence the distribution.

You also want to have guys come in with that many weeks - if you get lucky, one of those adequates will have talent and you'll get an incredible out of it.

trust me...i've been weeding like mad. the stuff i've been getting has been at best mediocre. spending a lot over all, too, keeping a max 3 slots a week open.
