This is ridiculous. Where do you keep getting them from???
Ha! I always keep 30 juniors. It was a big batch this week, but after next week it will be a while before any come out.
I always TRY to keep 30. I never succeed - I get lots of hopeless recruits with 10 weeks left. I have never had a trainee better than 4.0, and I've only had 3-4 of those.
Oh, and a lot of luck I guess. I've had several average-adaquate 32 weekers, but they usually turn out to be talenless junk.
I never have 30. Too many scrubs come through my junior squad.
What level/talent do you keep? Or do you just keep your best 30 regardless of how good they will be.

I don't really have a certain level. I'll give anyone a chance just to see how talented they are. That has worked out a few times. I would have sacked them if I was going by a minimum level. I do try to clear 3 spots everyThursday for new guys on Saturday. With so many guys, sometimes some junky ones slip through. There has been a few time I looked at a guy who I've had for 20+ weeks who was completely horrible. For some reason I just didn't look at him close enough to dump him.

I'll usually keep any level of player long enough to see talent....as long as they are 20+ weeks. But I can't justify a low level junior with less than 20 weeks.
exactly a 4.0 week talent with only an outstanding youth coach. :)
