How good is your junior coach? The age and talent is nice....I hate that he is so low in tech....since I am a tech team.

Should I consider getting a new one?

I think Brilliant is fine unless you have some money to waste trying to hire a magical or you feel really lucky and think you can get an unearthly. The difference between brilliant and magical isn't that dramatic.

my guess is the differences between any level is linear, so paying too much money for one increase shouldnt be done unless youre pretty financially stable
