This is a disappointing skill and age distribution for an incredible! Could have been 17 and better skill distribution. A pace trainer could train this guy fast though. Unfortunately i wont be training pace after next week. Its time for Tech. On the TL.

From previous experience i know that this guy will be at solid pace by this time next season if trained properly (without stupid injuries of course).

8 pops in 16 weeks isnt that far fetched. I have a 17 yo solid place right now that has 5 pops on his supporter history graph. I think that just shows the last 10 weeks...and he started at a bit higher than tragic pace.

I had this guy pop up to solid from hopeless and he was injured one week and i trained stamina one week.

So it is somewhat possible.

I also have a guy that i bought (was 19 at the time) from someone else at tragic pace and now is at formidable+3. The owner said he was a 3.8 ish talent. and that guy popped the same way like Segal but he took 18 weeks to solid. I dont have his chart saved. But like i said it was from experience. Wasn't making things up :)

Yeah, i'd like him to stay in the USA if possible.

i kept a guy that was 1 week and tragic when he came in, he popped to hopeless, i pulled him. every skill was tragic and he was 16. that is pretty awesome.
