I'll train playmakers but ... SUM of pace+technique+passing+defender+playmaker must be (at the start year) at least:
- 36 for 18 years old players;
- 42 for 19 years old players;
- 48 for 20 years old players;
- 53 for 21 years old players;
- 58 for 22 years old players.

NONONONO. By that time he'll be too old to effectively make decent in passing. You need to get him up a bunch of levels there before over-doing PM. What team needs a player that is 20 years old, incredible PM with hopeless passing???

I imagine in a week or 2 he will be at 12.. and still 18.. so i would think there would be some time to help improve passing then.. I'll go ahead and move forward at 12 if you think thats infinitely better.. dont want to sell him for nothing either.. would rather just have a solid back up player in that case.. any suggestions welcome!
