what is your JS coach level ?

The time of the season sucks though as they are virtually 17 now, I had 6 join, 2 were ok but all were trashed as they would come out as mid 19 and 20 yr olds. :/

Magical youth coach (15.56)

Few of them are from early or mid season. If I am mathing correctly they will all be 17.1 to 18.4 years old.

Only Peterson will be 19. 3.7 talent so not amazing but probably will be good enough for u21 at some point

I tried keeping 14/20 slots filled all season long and it ended up working for me. Otherwise I have had such bad luck

When guys like you and Sebek get pulls, I have no complaints. You guys get fair distribution over time.

Habib talks like a guy who gets spoon fed millions every 6 months for free. Sure system works great for him. He doesn't even train kids. That's how much of an advantage he gets for nothing.

why dont you try again for 10 seasons? I was not as lucky as others but decent - there were few patches of dry seasons.
right now im not happy but im hoping for next season to have some beasts join

i think youth should should be evaluated per 12 seasons minimum - 16-28 generation.
