You are definitely correct, but I train defender, so someone else will have to do it. I've got a bid at $10k already, so he's not going to get any training from me.

I'll be tossing out some pace and technical training towards the beginning of next season, I think, before I switch over to PM training.

In the meantime, I'm interested in buying good US defender trainees. I've already bought a stud from Kentucky Cats who has popped one level of defending and one level of pace in the 3 week's I've trained him. I found him ON THIS VERY ROLL CALL THREAD (wheee!) Here are his current stats (NT coach pay attention)

A bit of stamina, some "talent," a while with my unearthly defender trainer and some good luck, and he's going to be ridiculous.

He's only 18!

He'll be rediculously good after your done with him.

That's the hope. I ONLY buy 18 year old (or younger) trainees. I'm stubborn that way. His only limitation will be on my patience - I just don't like defender training. I'd rather win games 5-4 than 1-0. If my patience runs out with this 5-2-3 formation I run out there, I'll have a hard time continuing just to train this guy.
