Hello I am new to sokker. So far this looks like a great game. I need to get a head coach. Any advice/suggestions on what to get for a newbie team? Thanks.
You may want to get a mentor. I will be yours if you like.
For a head coach, you need to decide what you are going to train first. Then, find a coach with an at least magical level in that training skill. The best place to start off is at the market, under transfers and in the upper right corner where it says Trainers.

Sure you can be my mentor :) I think it will be a good thing. What is the best thing to train? Is it playmaking?
So training playmaking is no guarentee that you will be able to win especially at the lower divisions? What then is best to train?
everything, its about being multiskilled, you know what HT wants to be.
the biggest thing is to realize that players in sokker require MANy skills to be competent.
You just can't train striking on a forward and expect him to be great. He won't be.
You can't just train PM, or even PM and passing, and expect the midfielder to be great. he won't be.

As i normally say to new users that play HT as well, in SK you don't train defense, but you train DEFenders, you don't train PM but you train Playmakers(MID), you don't train Attack but you train Strikers (ATT).
And by that i mean yo train the whole package!!!
