Although I have found that for quite a few people, if their English isn't really good, it will just rile people up more than anything.

Usually the worst stuff comes from irate managers when you drop their players, especially if you think they are telling fibs about their skills.
Vondocha and I, cought a foreign user lying about his players skills. He sent one set of skills to me and the true skills to Vondocha. Unfortunately I fell victim of this last season and started a player that didn't deserve the start.

just make fun of the person who sent u their player, its what i did. or just say no. just dont be a nice pushover about it, not too big a deal
When I was managing Island NT, then I didn`t get those trash mails too much. The main reason was the lack of Island players for sure. But there was one American manager, who was really pushy and wanted to see his player in NT. But I was nice to him and told at least dozen times that his player isn`t good enough for NT no matter what he would train.
I have a Polish user that continually asks me to sale my U-21 (Cal Clinton).
Obviously his English is so bad that he doesn't understand when I reply:
He is NOT for sale!
I've stopped replying and just delete them immediately now.

IMO there are several managers here who owe Icelandic players.

Is it part of Polish's culture to be persistent. They don't seem to take "no" for an answer.
