I am new to sokker manager and i have questions for all you pro's out there how many coaches should i keep, what should i train first, how long does it take a player to pop and how much losing can i expect this season.

You should really get a mentor - there is a formal program. Send an SK-mail to Guacamole and he'll set you up with one. Those questions are ALL very complicated, and involve looking over your roster and explaining quite a few things. I'd volunteer, but he just gave me 2, so he may have someone else "on deck."
