Subject: YS PULL QUESTION...

...when you pull a player from your youth school and he is, say formidable +80%... does that %80 actually get you anything?... or does it only matter what level he has achieved... does the extra weeks of training equate to slight(read one or two more levels) increase in skills? or is it, he is excellent so he has this many skill points and they are divided by the SK program... just curious is those extra weeks translate to anything...

I've never read anyone say they help. I can't imagine that they would not thou.
