America is a continent not a country.

Canadians or any other nations in north, central or south america can be classified as americans.

European, African, Asian etc... these tells which continent a person is from, not the country.

We are US citizens, informally we are also called Americans.

Bush used US Americans to seperate US citizens from the rest of the continent.

Just call us USians. That way all the PC liberal bleeding hearts are satisfied.

US is an abbreviation that's commonly accepted for United Stats of America. Same as USA.

So saying US Americans is United States of America Americans. :P
