I have several questions:
1) We have a program in place to develop younger NT players. Would you make sure that owners of these players got "caps" for their players like Lakay did (e.g. in unwinnable games)?
2) Would you make the players on the team bus eat British food? It really is indigestible junk, you know, and would make them moody when they returned to their regular teams.

1. Could you please define an "unwinnable" game? Even against Poland, although it may be unwinnable, keeping down the amount of goals they score can be equally important in a group stage. There is nothing worse than not going through in a group due to be 1-2 goal difference worse off!
I would use friendlies for that sort of thing, although if an important game was coming up and there were things I wanted to try, I'd do that in the friendly rather than priorise using younger players. It doesn't matter too much if things go wrong in friendlies.
2. If Guacamole has any players in the NT, you can be assured they will be fed a special diet of tea, pie and mash and mushy peas. No special treatment for anyone else.

Are you familiar with the future star program? Will you add 18 yo "Wow" type players to the NT and get them their NT debut?

If I felt that they were at risk of disappearing from SK I certainly wood and it might encourage their training, but I would try and limit that sort of thing to friendly matches.
So this is responding to you...
Mr_gibbage, please answer the following for evaluation into your candidacy as a potential NT coach in the USA:
Taxation, with or without representation
The questioner understands that is not a full question, and is looking at how you answer with only that level of query.

I'm going to choose without without explaining why if it makes you happy :P.
Since having that logo, I have not lost a single competitive match, so it must be good!
